Well… I missed our official hatch day post, but apparently these babies weren’t about to let me get too far behind. 😂
Yesterday, our little chickadees and chickaroos officially hatched, and today they made it HOME! 🐥💕
Of course, their grand arrival couldn’t just be simple. 😂 After an unexpected early arrival and a very stressful episode of “WHERE ARE MY CHICKS?!” involving me calling the post office approximately 87 times… we finally got our hands on them late this afternoon. 😂
And y’all… they are here, they are thriving, and we are already completely in love. 🥹
Hearing those tiny peeps coming from the brooder after all the planning, building, changing our minds 47 times, and learning things the hard way makes this feel so real.
Our very first little Fowler Homestead Hatchery flock is HOME. 🐣🤎
I have a feeling this is only the beginning.
